TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to MegaPremyo, a licensed online gaming platform operating under the regulatory supervision of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). By using MegaPremyo, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND LICENSING

  • 1.1 MegaPremyo operates under a valid license granted by PAGCOR. As such, it adheres to all operational, technical, and compliance standards set forth by PAGCOR and AMLC.
  • 1.2 All players must ensure their participation does not violate the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO PLAY

  • 2.1 Only individuals aged 21 years and above and with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts may register and play on MegaPremyo.

  • 2.2 Users must not be affiliated with PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory body, including employees, officers, or related personnel, as defined under relevant gaming codes.

  • 2.3 Players agree not to access or play games on the platform in public places or shared environments where the activity may be visible to minors or unauthorized individuals. This includes, but is not limited to, internet cafés, schools, offices, and other public or communal spaces.

  • 2.4 Pursuant to Presidential Decree 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), as amended by Republic Act 9487 and Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 6 Series of 2016, the following persons are strictly prohibited from entering, staying, and/or playing in MegaPremyo and any of its associated platforms:

  • a) Government officials connected directly with the operation of the Government or any of its agencies;

  • b) Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including the Army, Navy, Air Force, or the Philippine National Police;

  • c) Persons under 21 years of age or currently enrolled as students at any school, college, or university in the Philippines;

  • d) Individuals included in the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP).

  • 2.5 Registration of Gaming Members
    MegaPremyo, as a licensed entity, is granted discretion to establish internal rules and standards for registering and maintaining its player database. These may include additional screening, limitations, or requirements in accordance with PAGCOR and AMLC guidelines.

  • 2.6 Employees of Licensees (GEL Holders)
    To maintain integrity in gaming operations and prevent conflicts of interest:

    • • All employees holding a Gaming Employment License (GEL) are strictly prohibited from playing in any gaming establishment in the Philippines, including MegaPremyo.
    • • Violation of this policy is subject to verification using Annex B: Employee Verification Flowchart and completion of RG Form 1.
    • • Sanctions imposed by PAGCOR for GEL violations are:
      • o First Offense: Six (6) months suspension of GEL
      • o Second Offense: Permanent revocation of GEL
  • 2.7 Financiers and Loan Sharks

    Financiers, loan sharks, and similar individuals or groups are strictly prohibited from operating within the MegaPremyo platform, including:

    • • Offering, advertising, or extending personal loans to other players
    • • Soliciting money or credit through chat, game lobbies, or any communication system tied to the platform
  • Engaging in such activities will result in immediate account suspension, blacklisting, and potential legal referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND VERIFICATION (KYC)

  • 3.1 Upon registration, players must provide:
    • • A valid government-issued ID
    • • Proof of billing (utility bill, bank statement, etc.)
    • • A recent photo for facial verification (if requested)
  • 3.2 MegaPremyo enforces strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policies to prevent fraudulent activity, identity theft, and account misuse.
  • 3.3 Failure to provide required verification documents, submission of falsified records, or discrepancies in identity details will lead to:
    • • Account suspension or termination
    • • Freezing of funds
    • • Reporting to relevant authorities

4. DATA PRIVACY POLICY

  • 4.1 MegaPremyo values user privacy and complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Collected personal information is processed, stored, and protected with utmost confidentiality.
  • 4.2 Data collected includes:
    • • Identity details (name, birth date, address)
    • • Contact details
    • • Financial and transaction records
    • • Device and IP information
  • 4.3 Data will only be used for:
    • • Account verification and maintenance
    • • AML monitoring and legal compliance
    • • Transactional and promotional communication
  • 4.4 Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting our MegaPremyo Live Customer Support.

5. DEPOSITS, WITHDRAWALS, AND TRANSACTION POLICIES

  • 5.1 Users may deposit funds using approved payment channels. Deposits must come from accounts owned by the registered player.
  • 5.2 Withdrawal Policy:
    • • Daily withdrawal limit: ₱50,000 per calendar day
    • • All withdrawals are subject to account verification and wagering requirement clearance
    • • Only withdrawals to verified bank or e-wallet accounts will be processed
    • • Processing time: up to 3 business days, depending on payment provider
  • 5.3 MegaPremyo reserves the right to:
    • • Decline withdrawal requests if the source of funds is suspicious
    • • Delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification or investigation
    • • Require proof of income or source of funds for large or high-risk transactions
  • 5.4 Forfeiture of Funds:
    Funds may be permanently forfeited if:
    • • Fraudulent activity is detected (including fake documents, bots, or account collusion)
    • • The player is found violating AMLC or PAGCOR regulations
    • • Account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, with prior notice sent
    • • Account holder fails to verify their identity within the prescribed time
    • • In all applicable cases, forfeited funds shall be turned over to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) in accordance with governing regulations.

6. AMLC COMPLIANCE AND MONITORING

  • 6.1 MegaPremyo is a covered person under the AMLA, as amended by RA 10927. All accounts and transactions are subject to AML monitoring.
  • 6.2 Suspicious or covered transactions are automatically reported to AMLC, in compliance with the Suspicious Transaction Reporting (STR) and Covered Transaction Reporting (CTR) requirements.
  • 6.3 MegaPremyo shall freeze or close accounts without notice if:
    • • There is suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing
    • • Transactions appear structured to evade AML thresholds
    • • Player refuses to comply with KYC/EDD procedures
  • 6.4 Users hereby waive the right to be notified prior to AMLC reporting or investigation, as provided under the AMLA.

7. BONUSES, PROMOTIONS, AND WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

  • 7.1 All promotional offers are subject to:
    • • Published terms and mechanics
    • • Expiration and eligibility limits
  • 7.2 Abuse of promotions (e.g., bonus stacking, multiple accounts, coordinated betting) is strictly prohibited and may lead to:
    • Forfeiture of bonus and winnings
    • Termination of all associated accounts
    • • Exclusion from future promotions

8. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

  • 8.1 MegaPremyo encourages responsible gaming and offers the following player support tools:
    • • Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
    • • Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent)
  • 8.2 Players exhibiting signs of problem gambling may be referred to responsible gaming resources or have their accounts restricted in accordance with PAGCOR’s responsible gaming framework.

9. ACCOUNT SECURITY AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 9.1 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details.
  • 9.2 MegaPremyo will not be held liable for losses incurred from:
    • • Shared login credentials
    • • Unauthorized access due to user negligence
    • • Use of third-party software (e.g., bots, scripts)
  • 9.3 Any use of the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or exploitative activity will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

10. PLATFORM INTEGRITY AND TECHNICAL STABILITY

  • 10.1 Games on MegaPremyo are hosted on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) platforms and undergo regular third-party audits.
  • 10.2 MegaPremyo is not responsible for:
    • • Disruptions caused by internet outages, service provider downtimes, or user-side errors
    • • Wagers placed during technical errors or service interruptions
  • 10.3 In the case of a dispute regarding game results, MegaPremyo's logs and records shall be considered final and binding.

11. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

  • 11.1 MegaPremyo may suspend or terminate accounts for:
    • • Breach of any clause in this agreement
    • • Submission of false KYC documents
    • • Collusion, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse
    • • Unlawful or unethical conduct on the platform
  • 11.2 Users will be notified of any account suspension with applicable grounds, except in cases involving AMLC investigations where notification may be legally restricted.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • 12.1 MegaPremyo will not be liable for:
    • • Financial losses resulting from gameplay
    • • Delays in payment processing due to third-party service providers
    • • Any loss of data or earnings due to force majeure (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.)

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

  • 13.1 MegaPremyo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be posted on the platform and/or communicated via registered email.
  • 13.2 Continued use of the platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pasay City, where PAGCOR’s principal office is located.

MegaPremyo is owned and operated by XN Solutions Inc., with registration number 2024050150330-11, and operates under the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR)—a 100% government-owned corporation under the supervision of the Office of the President of the Republic of the Philippines—with Accreditation No. 25-181 and 25-180.
